Cost Standard furniture shipping is free within the U.S. contiguous 48 states.

Please contact us for a quote if you need expedited or air shipping.

Payment 100% will be charged at time of order.

Delivery Area Online ordering is restricted to deliveries within the U.S. 48 contiguous states. Residents of Hawaii and Alaska should contact us for shipping quotes.

Residents of other countries should contact a retailer in their area.

Assembly Many furniture pieces require simple assembly. (Use care to prevent over-tightening screws if using a power screwdriver.)

Delivery Small items ship by UPS or other small package carrier. Larger items ship by truck with either tailgate or white-glove delivery, as noted on the product page.

If tailgate (standard) delivery, the truck driver will drive to your home but you must accept delivery at the truck, bring the item into your house, unpack and assemble.

If white-glove (inside) delivery, the carrier will bring the furniture into your home, assemble furniture and remove packing materials.  Contact us if you would like a quote to upgrade delivery from tailgate to white-glove.

Damage We make every effort to ensure that your furniture arrives in perfect condition.

When your order arrives, please take the time to inspect it to ensure that the paperwork is accurate, the correct number and type of items have been delivered, and that the shipment is free from any damage or defect.

Make a report of any visible damage immediately upon delivery by noting the problem on the freight carrier's Bill of Landing and contacting us by email or phone. Hidden damage or defects must be reported within 24 hours following delivery.

Please do not assemble or use damaged or defective items. When you make a report of damage or defect, we will take immediate action to remedy the situation. In most cases, the damaged or defective item will be picked-up from your home and a replacement item will be shipped.

Sales Tax Orders delivered to Minnesota addresses will be charged sales tax.

Returns Due to the nature of these fine pieces, furniture sales are final.
